Rob Kublank

Rob Kublank received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Northland College in Ashland in 1972, and has an extensive background in banking, starting in 1972 as a loan officer at a bank in northern Illinois, continuing as a development officer after being President and CEO of Central City Credit Union. For volunteer work, Rob volunteers on an advisory board for WisLoan, which makes loans possible to people with disabilities to purchase adaptive equipment. Other volunteer work includes the MidState Independent Living Counselor Board of Directors, where Rob is presently the Vice President of the Board. Rob is also a member of the Marshfield Noon Rotary Club and Optimist Club of Wisconsin Rapids.

Judy Karpf

| Judy Karpf has many years of experience in the Human Services area, attending numerous trainings, workshops, seminars, and through employment in the Langlade County Department of Social Services Income Maintenance Department which began in 1974. From 1981 to 1989, she was the Welfare Director for the City of Antigo in the General Relief Program, and then returning to Economic Support in Langlade County, retiring in 2001. Judy also found time in the 80’s to be the Director for the Langlade County Big Brothers/Big Sisters program for two years. After retirement, she was elected to the Langlade County Board of Supervisors in 2004, while serving also on the Social Services Committee, Finance Committee, the North Central Health Care Board of Directors, and the Economic Development Corporation Board. |

Arlene Meyer

Arlene Meyer has been a member of the Lincoln County Board since 2000, and is a member of the Committee of Aging and the Developmental Disability Board, among others. While she is retired, she still finds time to be a mentor for Caregiving of Dementia spouses, is on the Citizens Board for the Aging & Disability Resource Center, and is Chairperson for District 7 of the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Group.

E. Richard Simon

| Gene Simon, once serving as a past Lincoln County Board Chair, now serves as a Supervisor on the Lincoln County Board for District 21. Mr. Simon is a member on numerous committees, namely the Developmental Disabilities Committee, Finance Committee, Employees Health Trust Committee, and Social Services Committee. He also is the Chair on the Lincoln County Building Committee and is a member of the North Central Health Care Board, serving on the Executive Committee and serving as the Chair of the North Central Health Care Finance Committee. He currently is a Property Claims Manager for Church Mutual Insurance Company and has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin. |

Peter Hendler

Peter Hendler graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science Degree, and then was employed by the University of Wisconsin – Marshfield/Wood County for 32 years as Assistant Dean for Administrative Services. He also served in the United States Army in Europe as Military Intelligence – Counter Intelligence Corps. Peter received the Arthur M. Kaplan Fellow Award from the Vice Chancellor and Provost Emeritus, University of Wisconsin Colleges, and then received Emeritus Status for distinguished service to the University of Wisconsin Colleges by Chancellor David Wilson. Currently, Peter serves as a Wood County Board Supervisor and is Council President for the City of Marshfield.

Kenneth L. Day

Dr. Kenneth L. Day Ph.D. has been a Marathon County Board Supervisor since 2000. Dr. Day is currently employed as Strategic Initiatives Director for the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He served as the Senior VP of Business Development for the Aspirus Healthcare system for 19 years, and served on the Board of Directors of the North Central Technical College for 12 years. Dr. Day, representing Marathon County, was a founding member and co-chair of the Central Wisconsin ADRC Board of Directors. He has been active as a volunteer in numerous community organizations such as United Way of Marathon County, Board of Directors of North Central Health Care.

Janis Ribbens

Janis Ribbens has been active in the long-term care redesign in Wisconsin since its beginning in 1998. She and her late husband received in-home care for over 30 years. She participated in the Portage County Family Care pilot program, CCPC, as a member and as a member representative to the Governing Committee. Ms. Ribbens has been a member representative to the Board of Directors of CCCW since July 2008. She has served on various long-term care committees and presently works with the Grievance Committee. She attended UW Whitewater and UW Stevens Point. |
James E. Clark

James E. Clark chaired on the Community Care of Portage County Committee since 2005. He has served on the Portage County Board since April 1982, on the Health and Human Services Committee for twelve years and is a trustee on the CAP Board. Mr. Clark earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Michigan. He is proud to be involved in the creation of CCCW. |
Donna Rozar
 |
Donna Rozar, RN, MSN has earned degrees from the Virginia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, Lynchburg; University of TN-Knoxville, and Viterbo University, LaCrosse. She is currently on the academic faculty at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Marshfield Site and is employed by Marian University, Fond Du Lac as a clinical instructor. She works casual as a cardiac medical /surgical staff nurse, St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. A Wood County Board supervisor since 2000, Ms. Rozar is currently chair of the Health and Human Services Committee. She will be president of the National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH) in 2010. Ms. Rozar was appointed to the CCCW Board in September 2008. |
Peter DeSantis

Peter DeSantis retired as CEO from North Central Health Care and is currently a consultant to a variety of government, educational and community organizations. He has presided over many boards and councils including National Rehabilitation Counselors Association, Wisconsin Association of Human Services, and Governors Council on Mental Health. Mr. DeSantis received his Masters of Arts from Michigan State University in Rehabilitation and Psychology. Mr. DeSantis, who has a physical disability, represents CCCW membership. |
