The CCCW Claims Department is experiencing a temporary delay in processing authorizations in our typical time period of 1-2 days following Service Coordination staff approval. Currently, authorization process is taking 5-7 business days. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience that this may be causing you.
If this delay is preventing you from providing services/products to our members, please contact Claims at 715-204-1738 immediately and we will work to expedite your authorizations. Please Note: Your 2012 contract has to be returned in order for CCCW to complete authorizations for 2012.
The CCCW Claims Department is actively addressing the delay in authorizations, and will have this issue resolved by the end of February.
We apologize for the delay in authorizations, and thank you for your patience and continued partnership with CCCW.
